Charlotte the Dessert Witch from Anime Boston 2013. I wish to add more to this cosplay over time, like a candy fork with a big bow, perhaps? Maybe some new stockings since mine ripped x__x;; 

I am hoping to wear this cosplay more in the new year I have my Nagisa cosplay all ready, so that gives me a good chance
